Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research
Understand client requirements and present suitable IT solutions (software/hardware/services)
Conduct product/service demos, presentations, and negotiations with clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth handover and execution.
Maintain an accurate record of sales, leads, and client communications using CRM tools
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field
14 years of experience in IT Sales (B2B/B2C product or service)
Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Self-driven with the ability to work independently and under pressure
Prior experience with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
Knowledge of software solutions, cloud, SaaS, or IT services is a plus.
