A strategic role shaping sales performance, capability building, and revenue growth across cloud-based businesses
What You'll Do
- Deep-dive into sales dashboards, funnel metrics, and operational data, sales conversations to identify performance leakages & capability gaps
- Build scalable enablement frameworks onboarding, role-based capability journeys, and continuous learning architecture
- Design and deploy targeted interventions behavioural, process, and skill-based tied directly to business outcomes
- Enable sales teams through structured coaching cadences, floor observation, and real-time feedback loops
- Leverage AI tools to automate and personalise learning interventions; reduce dependency on instructor-led formats
- Support sales process adherence CRM hygiene, pipeline discipline, quality, and qualification rigour
- Collaborate with sales leadership, operations, and business heads to co-own performance improvement & capability building agendas
- Track intervention effectiveness through KPIs, assessments, and leading indicators course correct in real time
- Champion a culture of continuous capability building across teams from new hires to seasoned sellers
What You Bring
- 5–8 years across Sales / Sales Operations / Sales Enablement with hands-on time in a sales role
- A good grasp of sales operations dashboards, CRM, funnel analytics, and performance reporting
- Proven ability to diagnose business problems and translate them into structured enablement interventions
- Understanding of/ Hands-on with AI tools for content automation, learning personalisation, and sales productivity
- Experience designing blended capability programs impacting productivity
- B2B Cloud sales exposure (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Sharp communicator, credible with senior stakeholders, facilitation skills
