Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individual sales action plans aligned with the company's overall sales strategy.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and convert leads into revenue-generating clients.
  • Achieve sales targets, including revenue, meetings, and proposal submissions.
  • Conduct research and proactively contact potential clients to establish strong business relationships.
  • Understand and analyze client needs, challenges, and pain points, and propose suitable service solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, service agreements, and tender documents within stipulated deadlines.
  • Ensure regular follow-up and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, especially within the Textile and TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) sector.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate (mandatory)
  • MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred
  • B.Tech or Diploma in Textile (added advantage)
