Sales & Estimation Engineer

Experience :3 years - 5 years Construction / Engineering / Building Services / MEP/ Projects. Project Costing / Vendor Management/ Cost estimation

Salary: Rs. 3.5 - 5.0 Lakhs p.a.

Incumbent will be responsible for tendering and cost estimation activities for HVAC / Central Airconditioning/ MEP projects.

1. Enquiry generation, follow up and interaction with customers & suppliers.

2. Maintaining active business relationships with customers, consultants, architects, etc.

3. Tender preparation, cost estimation, bidding, etc.

4. Analyzing the customer requirements, proposing suitable solutions and sending out the proposals.

5. Techno-commercial negotiations with prospective customers, Follow ups and finalization of orders.

6. Co-ordination with the Planning team post award of work.

7. Preparing weekly update on Market information.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES a) Reasonable amount of knowledge In HVAC domain; b) Good oral & written communication skills;c) Good knowledge of MS word, Excel & Power point;d) Analytical skills;e) Hands on experience of handling MEP projects in coordination with design consultants, PMCs.

Diploma Engineering / B.E. (Mechanical) / BBA; MBA (optional)
