Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Sales Engineers for Boiler Division, with positions based in Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Kolkata. The role includes identifying customer needs, providing technical support, and delivering personalized engineering solutions. Key responsibilities involve creating and executing sales strategies, building and nurturing customer relationships, conducting market analysis, and supporting customers with technical insights to drive successful sales and sustained partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a strong ability to present technical solutions to meet customer needs
• Proven expertise in Technical Support and Customer Service to build and maintain client relationships
• Strong skills in Communication and Sales to effectively convey value propositions and negotiate deals
• Ability to conduct market analysis and craft innovative sales strategies tailored to regional requirements
• Educational background in Engineering, Business, or related fields is preferred
• Experience working within the manufacturing or precision engineering industry is an added advantage
• Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities
