Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to drive sales growth.
• Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Direct customer visits to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Identify prospective customers from manufacturing industries.
• Fix appointments for the technical sales team.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
• Prepare quotations with support from senior engineers.
• Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into orders.
• Maintain customer data and sales activities in CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with customers.
• Coordinate with application, service and project teams.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Passion for sales and customer interaction.
• Willingness to travel for customer meetings.
• Basic understanding of industrial automation is an advantage.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• MS Office knowledge (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
