Job Title: Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Engineer with strong technical knowledge and proven sales expertise in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and providing technical sales support across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing sector.
Manage and grow existing customer accounts to achieve sales targets.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Coordinate with engineering, production, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates for management.
Travel extensively within the assigned region for client meetings and business development.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial or related field preferred).
210 years of experience in technical sales within the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of industrial products, systems, or solutions.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Attributes:

Experience handling large industrial clients and OEMs.
Strong regional market knowledge of Chennai, Bangalore, or Hyderabad.
Strategic thinking with a customer-focused approach.
