Recruitment Summary

Sell and support welding machines, welding accessories, and related industrial welding solutions for industrial customers through technical consultation, customer visits, demonstrations, quotation follow-up, and CRM-based opportunity management.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop sales opportunities for welding machines, welding accessories, and related industrial welding solutions within the assigned region.
• Visit and develop customers such as fabrication companies, contractors, workshops, manufacturers, maintenance departments, and industrial facilities.
• Identify customer needs, application requirements, budget expectations, decision process, and timing.
• Promote suitable welding solutions and explain technical and commercial benefits.
• Prepare technical input for quotations in coordination with Sales Coordinator, Product Manager, and Procurement Officer.
• Update customer visits, opportunities, quotation status, and follow-up actions in CRM.

Job Requirements

• Technical sales experience related to welding or industrial equipment.
• Ability to understand customer applications and propose suitable solutions.
• Strong customer communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
