Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive intelligence to support pricing strategies, budgeting, and commercial decision-making.
Prepare and submit accurate and timely quotations in accordance with customer requirements and project schedules.
Collaborate closely with internal departments to identify and pursue valve-related maintenance, retrofit, repair, and service opportunities.
Understand customers operational needs and challenges, and recommend appropriate technical and commercial solutions.
Prepare and present periodic sales reports, including sales performance, pipeline status, business opportunities, and customer base development.
Actively participate in sales growth initiatives and work collaboratively with team members to execute agreed sales plans and objectives.
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers in collaboration with principals and product partners.
Monitor competitors activities, products, and market developments, and provide timely feedback and insights to management.
Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, exhibitions, and seminars to enhance market presence and business development efforts.
