Role Overview
Join as an experienced Engineer – Sales (Projects and OEMs) to drive sales and business development in assigned territories. Identify opportunities via market analysis, collaborate with consultants, OEMs, and contractors, and manage the full sales cycle from leads to payments.
Purpose of the Role
Promote Alphacore Technologies SteamGuard steam engineering and control solutions to fuel growth. Target greenfield projects, OEMs, and contractors to build relationships, deliver quality outcomes, and advance efficiency, energy conservation, and sustainability.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Experience selling steam-related solutions.
• Sell SteamGuard to greenfield projects, OEMs, contractors.
• Emphasize benefits in sales.
• Systematically capture data in reports.
• Source leads from consultants; align on specs.
• Map competitor activity.
• Identify customer decision hierarchies.
• Submit targeted proposals; secure repeat OEM/contractor business.
• Prioritize high-quality deals.
• Document customer benefits.
• Complete full sales cycle: leads, offers, orders, commissioning, payments.
• Analyze territory trends, business potential, and plans; hit quarterly/annual targets.
Eligibility
• B.E. Mechanical with 3-5 years in relevant sales.
• Strong customer rapport building.
• Objective observation skills.
• Solution derivation and initiative drive.
• Selling/negotiation expertise.
• Boilers/steam accessories knowledge.
