The Product range includes Bucket Elevator Chains, Reclaimer Chains, Deep Pan Conveyor Chains, Drag Chains .
Job Location: Singhrauli/ Indore( Work from home)
Salary Budget: Upto Rs. 35,000 p.m.
Role Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Assistant Marketing Manager – Industrial Marketing with strong exposure to B2B and heavy industries. The role focuses on market development, brand positioning, dealer engagement, and business growth across Cement, Steel, Power, Paper, mining and allied industrial sectors. The position demands extensive field travel, strong industry networks, and hands-on execution of regional marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and execute region-specific marketing strategies for industrial products
•Plan and implement dealer engagement programs, product launches, and promotional initiatives
•Conduct competitive market analysis, identify trends, and explore new business opportunities
•Build and maintain strong industry networks across Cement, Steel, Power, Paper, TPC, and Excavator sectors
•Organize and manage trade fairs, industrial exhibitions, dealer meets, and customer events
•Support sales teams with marketing collaterals, product demos, and competitive benchmarking

Must-Have Skills & Experience
•Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial/B2B marketing
•Strong industry connects in Cement, Steel, Power, Paper, TPC, and Excavator sectors
•Proven expertise in product branding, channel development, and lifecycle management
•Willing to travel extensively and manage multiple campaigns
•Highly organized with strong planning and attention to detail
