Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role based in Indore. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients, providing technical guidance, and delivering tailored machinery solutions. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, collaborating with the sales and engineering teams, providing technical support, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering solutions aligned with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales processes, including closing deals and meeting sales targets.
• Strong Technical Support skills to assist clients in understanding technical specifications and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address concerns, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to work with a collaborative approach between sales, marketing, and technical teams, ensuring seamless operations.
• Relevant experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is an advantage.
• Educational qualifications in Engineering, Business, or related fields would be beneficial.
