Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer/Sales Officer based in Bhubaneswar. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining relationships with clients, providing technical support for micro irrigation products, identifying customer needs, conducting field visits, and ensuring seamless communication. The role also involves identifying potential sales opportunities, delivering product presentations, closing sales, and offering superior customer service to support farmers in optimizing their irrigation systems.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering, with the ability to identify and execute sales strategies.
- Strong Technical Support skills and knowledge of micro irrigation systems.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain client relationships.
- Problem-solving skills and a solutions-oriented mindset to meet customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
- Experience in the agriculture or irrigation industry is a plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneswar and conduct field visits as required.
