Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer/Sales Officer located in Bhubaneswar. The role involves promoting and selling micro irrigation products and solutions, providing technical support and guidance to customers, and effectively handling customer inquiries. The successful candidate will work closely with farmers to deliver customized solutions, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Daily tasks may include product demonstrations, cultivating client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of services that meet customer needs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales and Technical Support to provide effective and tailored solutions to clients
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively and build trust with farmers
- Proven experience in Sales with a goal-oriented approach to meet or exceed targets
- Strong problem-solving skills and understanding of agricultural irrigation systems
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Engineering, Agriculture, Business, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with micro irrigation systems and agricultural technology is a plus
