Sales Engineer Safety Industry

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Sales Enablement

Generate B2B leads by connecting with factory managers, safety officers and procurement teams.

Develop sales presentations, product brochures, technical datasheets and case studies.

2. Product Positioning & Technical Consulting

Promote industrial safety products by highlighting quality, reliability, certifications and worker protection benefits.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable safety solutions.

3. Pre-Sales & Product Demonstrations

Conduct technical discussions and product demonstrations.

Perform functional tests and proof-of-concept trials.

Address customer queries related to safety standards and compliance.

4. Customer Training & Relationship Management

Conduct product usage, operation and maintenance training.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

5. Negotiation & Order Conversion

Handle technical and commercial objections.

Convert enquiries and verbal commitments into Purchase Orders (POs).

Verify PO specifications, delivery terms and payment conditions.

6. Order Execution & Payment Follow-up

Coordinate with internal teams for dispatch and invoicing.

Track material delivery and invoice status.

Follow up with customers for timely payment collection.

Who Can Apply

Fresh engineering graduates.

Diploma/Degree holders with 0–5 years of experience.

Experience in industrial products, PPE, EHS or safety equipment will be an added advantage.
