Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in New Delhi. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing sales activities, providing technical support to clients, and developing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include identifying customer needs, offering tailored solutions, conducting product presentations, and ensuring prompt and efficient customer service. The role also involves addressing technical queries, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client expectations and achieve business goals.

Reporting to: Business Development Manager
Location: Delhi NCR (Travel within region required; occasional other regions)
Experience: 4-5 years in sales (individual contributor) from the Valve Industry
Key Responsibilities:
Must-Have Qualifications:
Graduate Engineer (Mechanical / Instrumentation)
4-5 years of sales experience in Mechanical Valves / Solenoid Valves / Magnet Valves
Preferred Industry Exposure: Parker, Haffner, or Railway OEM customers (mechanical)
Strong network in the Delhi-NCR Railway ecosystem
Note: We are specifically looking for candidates with a background in the valve industry
