Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and skilled internal Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate
will be responsible for Understand client technical requirements, Prepare Quotations and deliver
technical offers and documents supports,.
Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist external sales teams with technical documentation, proposals, and quotations.
Prepare cost estimates, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and compliance documents for tenders or RFQs.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to gather technical and pricing information.
Ensure accuracy of order processing and maintain records in systems.
Technical Expertise
Interpret customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Advise sales teams on product specifications, compatibility, and application suitability.
Prepare technical datasheets, manuals, and presentations for internal and client use.
Support troubleshooting by providing technical clarifications to clients via email or calls.
Customer Interaction (Indirect)
Respond to customer inquiries through email or phone, focusing on technical details.
Provide after-sales support by coordinating with internal teams.
Maintain long-term relationships by ensuring timely responses and accurate technical information.
Qualifications
- Diploma/bachelor's in engineering (Electrical, Electronics, or Instrumentation).
- Fresher/2+ years of experience in field of sales engineering, preferably in gas detection or
Process instrumentation related industries
