About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and technically strongSales Engineerto drive sales ofindustrial pumps and nonmetallic piping systemsacross key markets. The ideal candidate will have handson experience with chemical process equipment, strong application knowledge, and a passion for solving customer challenges with engineered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities forcentrifugal pumps, chemical transfer pumps, and nonmetallic piping systems.
- Conduct technical presentations, solution proposals, and product demonstrations to end users, EPCs, and consultants.
- Generate RFQs, prepare technocommercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers in industries such aschemical, pharma, water treatment, power, and manufacturing.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and service teams to ensure project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report progress to management.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial Engineering.
- 28 years of experience in sales ofpumps, valves, piping systems, mechanical equipment, or similar industrial products.
- Strong technical understanding ofnonmetallic pipes(PVC-U/PVC-C/PP-H/HDPE/PVDF) and industrial pumping applications.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationshipbuilding skills.
- Ability to travel frequently for customer visits.
