Job Description

Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable products or solutions
Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education
Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by offering professional and timely support
Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
Collaborate with engineering, product development, and support teams to meet client needs
Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFQs
Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in coordination with internal teams
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence
Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on customer activity and pipeline status
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
