Job Description

  • Understand and analyze customer requirements to recommend suitable products or solutions
  • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical assistance and product education
  • Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships by offering professional and timely support
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
  • Collaborate with engineering, product development, and support teams to meet client needs
  • Prepare commercial offers, quotations, and respond to RFPs/RFQs
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions in coordination with internal teams
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and gather market intelligence
  • Track sales performance and prepare regular reports on customer activity and pipeline status
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments
