Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales Engineer based in Nagpur. As a Sales Engineer, you will combine technical knowledge with sales skills to provide efficient solutions to clients. Daily responsibilities include developing and delivering technical presentations, identifying client requirements, preparing proposals, and assisting with implementation processes. You will also collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to provide innovative and customized solutions that meet client expectations.

Qualifications
  • Strong technical expertise in machinery and equipment, with the ability to understand and explain product features and specifications.
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiation skills for meeting sales objectives.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-solving capabilities and a detail-oriented approach to identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Nagpur and travel to meet clients as required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales engineering, ideally in industrial or machinery sectors, is highly desirable.
