Sales Engineer

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Mira Bhayandar. The Sales Engineer will focus on combining technical expertise with sales acumen to address customer needs effectively. Responsibilities include providing technical support during sales processes, identifying client requirements, offering tailored solutions, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Other duties include conducting product presentations, assisting in pre-sales and post-sales support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand client needs and deliver effective solutions.
• Strong Communication skills for articulating technical concepts and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in Sales and Customer Service to drive business success and ensure client satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a team, as well as independently, to achieve sales targets and project deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with the industry and products is an added advantage.
