Job Description
Company Description Parikh Metacast Private Limited is an ISO 9001:2015 certified steel foundry based in Kolhapur, specializing in quality steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, heat-resistant, and SG iron castings since 1998. The company has a manufacturing capacity of around 600 MT per month, serving core sectors such as automobiles, crusher and mining equipment, gearboxes, pumps and valves, material handling, cement, steel, and other major industries. It produces single-piece castings ranging from 400 kg to 7000 kg that meet Indian and international standards. The manufacturing facilities are approved by IRS for steel and alloy steel castings for the shipbuilding sector, reflecting a strong commitment to quality and reliability.
Role Description:
Responsible for developing sales of foundry products, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, negotiating prices, and maintaining customer relationships. Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet customer requirements. Interpret technical drawings and specifications, visit clients, and prepare sales reports.
Qualifications:
- BE/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, or a related field.
- Freshers may also apply.
- Industrial sales or steel foundry experience preferred.
- Knowledge of technical drawings and casting specifications.
- Good communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
