Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Vadodara. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, consulting with clients to determine their needs, promoting and selling products, and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and to achieve sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will engage in product demonstrations and troubleshooting to address client inquiries effectively.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to provide technical solutions and demonstrate product expertise
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships and achieve sales objectives
• Excellent Communication skills to convey technical information clearly and collaborate with diverse teams
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively to customer needs and challenges
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Familiarity with industrial accessories and solutions is a plus
