Educational Qualification:
- Candidate should hold a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mechanical).
Experience:
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management within a mechanical or engineering-based industry.
Customer Acquisition:
- Should have the capability to identify and generate new customers, expand market reach, and build strong client relationships.
Business Coordination:
- Responsible for coordinating and executing business transactions with customers, including negotiations, order follow-ups, and post-sales support.
Communication Skills:
- Must possess good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
Goal Orientation:
- Should be target-driven and capable of achieving sales and business development goals within stipulated timelines.
