Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Indore. The Sales Engineer will bridge technical knowledge with effective sales strategies to build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships. Daily responsibilities include providing technical support, offering tailored solutions to client needs, preparing proposals, and conducting product demonstrations. The role requires collaboration with engineering and sales teams to meet client requirements efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support, with a strong understanding of electrical engineering products and solutions
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build rapport, address client concerns, and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong Sales skills with an ability to develop effective sales strategies, meet targets, and close deals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with a technical mindset to understand client-specific requirements
  • Experience in the electrical or manufacturing industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
