Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business leads for laser cutting machines.
- Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients in assigned territory.
- Visit clients to understand their applications and offer suitable technical solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of laser cutting machines.
- Customize solutions to match client requirements and overcome objections.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales within approved parameters.
- Deliver post-sales support and manage customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions and project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM.
- Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to promote products.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the region.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
- Ensure regular reporting to the Sales VP and attend review meetings.
- Train customer personnel on product usage as necessary.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- MBA/BMS/Degree with Mechanical Engineering or Sales and Marketing or related field.
- Minimum 24 years of technical sales experience, preferably in machine tools or laser cutting machines.
- Candidate residing in Thane, Mumbai or Navi Mumbai can only apply.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of laser cutting applications, machinery, and client industries.
- Target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.
- Travel allowance provided.
- Willing to travel extensively within Maharashtra.
