Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business leads for laser cutting machines.
  • Conduct cold calls and schedule meetings with potential clients in assigned territory.
  • Visit clients to understand their applications and offer suitable technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Provide technical presentations and demonstrations of laser cutting machines.
  • Customize solutions to match client requirements and overcome objections.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales within approved parameters.
  • Deliver post-sales support and manage customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for customized solutions and project execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in CRM.
  • Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and marketing events to promote products.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends in the region.
  • Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Ensure regular reporting to the Sales VP and attend review meetings.
  • Train customer personnel on product usage as necessary.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • MBA/BMS/Degree with Mechanical Engineering or Sales and Marketing or related field.
  • Minimum 24 years of technical sales experience, preferably in machine tools or laser cutting machines.
  • Candidate residing in Thane, Mumbai or Navi Mumbai can only apply.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of laser cutting applications, machinery, and client industries.
  • Target-driven with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Familiar with CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Travel allowance provided.
  • Willing to travel extensively within Maharashtra.
