Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineers for our Industrial Laser Machine Division. The candidate will be responsible for business development, customer handling, technical sales presentations, and achieving sales targets for laser cutting, welding, marking, engraving, and automation solutions.
The role requires a strong understanding of industrial machinery along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities in manufacturing and industrial sectors
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and product presentations
- Promote laser cutting, welding, marking, and automation solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Follow up and convert inquiries into sales orders
Technical Sales Support
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable machine solutions
- Conduct machine demonstrations and technical discussions
- Coordinate with technical/application teams for trials and feasibility studies
- Explain machine specifications, productivity benefits, and ROI
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, fabricators, and industrial clients
- Handle customer queries and provide timely support
- Maintain customer database and CRM updates
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Market & Reporting
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Submit sales reports, visit reports, and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with service, production, and accounts teams
