Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will work to bridge the gap between technical solutions and client needs by providing expert product demonstrations, offering technical support, and maintaining excellent customer relations. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, explaining technical products effectively, collaborating closely with the sales team, and offering solutions tailored to customer requirements. This role also involves providing pre-sales and post-sales support as needed.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
Demonstrated skills in Sales and Customer Service
Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively
Ability to build and maintain client relationships, with a customer-centric approach
Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to addressing client challenges
A background in engineering, sciences, or a relevant technical field is preferred
Prior experience in a similar role or in the laboratory equipment sector is an advantage
