Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Sales Engineer in a hybrid capacity, based in Hyderabad with opportunities for some remote work. The Sales Engineer will collaborate with clients to understand their technical needs, recommend suitable equipment, and offer expert sales guidance. Responsibilities include providing technical support, analyzing customer requirements, creating tailored solutions, delivering presentations to clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Additionally, the Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting business development initiatives and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Strong skills in Sales and Communication
  • Customer Service and relationship-building abilities
  • Technical aptitude for understanding and presenting complex equipment
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Prior industry experience in mining, construction, or heavy equipment is preferred
  • Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting, balancing on-site and remote tasks efficiently
  • Problem-solving mindset and the ability to deliver customized solutions
