This position is in System Engineering domain (Solutions / Pre-Sales) which is critical part of India Sales GTM team

This position will be responsible for delivering Design, Product positioning, solutions and Architecture for Enterprise customer segment

This quintessential System Engineer will also be an aspiring technology leader in this domain who can lead Public forums & Industry Events

Key Responsibilities

Go-to SE and trusted advisor for Enterprise Networking solutions across Data centre, Campus including Wi-Fi, Security, WAN , SDWAN and automation

Daily activities include direct customer & partner engagement; comprehensive discovery, information sharing & collaborative solution design; proposal development; solution demonstrations; proof-of-concept test design & use cases, convey competitive landscape, and coordinate with Juniper & partner professional services to ensure implementations meet or exceed customer expectations

Experience in delivering Secure Automated Cloud infrastructure

Front line field System Engineering for participating & drive customer conversation for Win-Win with Broad-based of customer across Enterprise, Telco & Government, helping with design to migrate Legacy DC to SDN enabled DC

Qualify customer provided information & proposing best fit technical proposal

Lead the Architecture, Design, transforming & modernizing Data centre with TCO, Revenue enhancements & differentiated Value Proposition

Ability to collaborate with global teams like BU, PLM, Engineering, Service and GTM partners

Perform architectural design workshops with cross-functional customer teams and articulate Business Value to customer Leadership team

Develop and present best practices, technical concepts and technologies

Client presentations, preparation of bill of materials & work as an individual contributor for customer engagements

Build relationship with partners and customers and drive the business growth

Prime Technical Skills:

Advance Knowledge of Datacentre Networking, DC Applications, DC Tools set, DC Security, Virtualization and Multi Cloud technologies

Experience in designing the solutions across the enterprise solutions , in-depth technical knowledge of the enterprise solutions , competition solutions in the market

Must have worked across enterprise verticals like BFSI, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, Health Care , Hospitality and should have knowledge about the verticals requirements and solutions

Underlay, Overlay, Security & automation pipeline to build DC use cases

Centralised & Distributed service Architecture fabric for differentiated use cases

Multi Tenancy Micro Segmentation & Service Orchestration in Data Centres

Multicast use case delivery for achieving efficient, scalable & convergence

Working experience in Large Enterprise DC & Telco Cloud offerings

Enable success of Security with secure Cloud offering, Sky ATP & JATP

Understanding of Cloud Security, security threat, trends and mitigation techniques

Knowledge on trends, new technologies and key the automation, SDN technologies

Minimum Qualifications:

Six years Pre-Sales working experience in Large DC builds

Engineering qualification Degree or similar

Juniper / Leading industry certification in DC & Security

Architecture knowledge and experience for Data Centres

Knowledgeable about one or more Data Center management and orchestration solutions on the market

Experience on Virtualization environment to set up complex test bed, designing /executing POC in customer environment & help demonstrating key value to customer base

EVPN, VXLAN, BGP & MPLS understanding for building IPCLOS fabric

Able to lead DC engagement with EVPN and VXLAN Value Proposition

Campus solutions and architecture ,Wifi solutions, latest technologies in Wifi

SDWAN Solution, branch connectivity, WAN ROUTING,

Preferred Qualifications

• Junipers technical competencies: Switching and Security (Junos, SRX, QFX)
• Working experience on BGP, MPLS, Firewall, IDP/IPS, IPSec/SSL VPNs, Private/Hybrid Cloud, EVPN/VxLAN, and SDN/NFV technologies
• Experience in Linux operating systems including RedHat, CentOS, and/or Ubuntu
• Technology deep insight for Automation vehicles / Network and compute virtualization like Kubernetes, Openstack, Ansible, Terraform, NFVI/MANO, VMware, Open Shift / KVM, LXC, Docker, Kubernetes & Contrail
• Working experience in VM, Containers & Virtualization for achieving SDN/NFV targets, use cases, controllers, cloud management platforms
• Have exposure to working with Github, GitLab & GitOPS for enabling automation journey in customer use cases
• DevOps experience with proficiency in automation using bash, Perl, Python, Chef, Puppet, and/or Ansible
• Working knowledge and experience in capacity planning, disaster recovery execution, Geo redundancy and high availability of storage platform
