Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC systems, located in Thane. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for technical design, developing and maintaining customer and consultant relationships, driving sales, and providing expert support to deliver tailored HVAC solutions. The role requires close coordination with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including HVAC system design and integration
• Strong skills in Technical Support, with the ability to provide solutions for customer queries and challenges
• Effective Communication skills to coordinate with clients and internal teams
• Experience in Sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Customer Service expertise to build and maintain client relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the industrial, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare segments is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to work
