Sales Engineer

Hetronic Systems India Private Limited is looking for Sales Engineer with Degree in Electrical Engineering.

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Delhi, India. The Sales Engineer will identify and pursue sales opportunities for radio remote controls among industrial customers to understand their technical and operational needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing proposals, demonstrating products, conducting site visits, and providing pre- and post-sales technical support in coordination with internal teams and resellers. The role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving technical issues, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions, and contribute feedback to improve products and solutions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand customer requirements and provide effective solution-based recommendations.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to build relationships, manage accounts, and deliver reliable after-sales support.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication, presentations, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical or related field) or equivalent technical background.
• Experience in industrial products, cranes, hoists, or related automation and safety solutions is preferred.
• Proficiency in using CRM or sales tracking tools, and basic MS Office skills for documentation and reporting.
