  • This role is responsible for executing local sales plans short, mid, and long term in alignment with the SBU strategy.
  • The position focuses on maintaining and developing existing customer relationships while identifying and acquiring new customers to drive business growth within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute local sales plans (short, mid, and long term) in line with SBU strategy to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage and close growth opportunities in the CRM tool (ACE) as part of the customer roadmap.
  • Implement pricing actions and ensure adherence to pricing guidelines.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with customers and distributors to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Provide market insights to the Manager on customer needs, business trends, and competitive landscape within the territory.
  • Collaborate with the TCS team to conduct line trials, resolve customer issues, and address complaints effectively.
  • Deliver key performance targets within the assigned territory or defined accounts.
