Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to drive lead generation, pre-sales engagement for our healthcare IT solutions in Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and Clinical Intelligence platforms.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, clinical workflows, and technology, responsible for identifying opportunities, educating prospects, and converting leads into qualified pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
Identify and generate new business opportunities across hospitals, clinics, and digital health providers
2. Pre-Sales & Solution Engineering
Act as a technical and clinical subject matter expert during the sales cycle--
Conduct product demos showcasing RPM workflows, patient engagement, and clinical insights
Translate complex healthcare IT concepts (EHR integrations, analytics, AI models) into business value
3. Clinical & Business Value Selling
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3–7+ years of experience in:
Healthcare IT sales engineering / pre-sales
Digital health / RPM / Clinical analytics solutions
• Strong understanding of:
Healthcare workflows (inpatient, outpatient, chronic care)
EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
Interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR)
• Proven experience in lead generation and supporting enterprise sales cycles
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
