Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Customer Engagement: Generate new business opportunities, achieve sales targets, and maintain regular customer interactions.

2. Technical Consultation: Understand client needs, suggest suitable pump solutions, and support product selection and troubleshooting.

3. Market Analysis & Strategy: Monitor market trends and competitors to support sales strategies and promotional activities.

4. Reporting & Administration: Maintain CRM entries, prepare reports, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

2. Experience: 25 years in field sales (preferably in pumps, fluid handling, or rotating equipment).

3. Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of pump types, fluid mechanics, and industrial applications (chemical, oil & gas, water treatment).

4. Soft Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Team player with strong customer relationship skills.

5. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently.

Working Conditions:

1. Frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.

2. Combination of fieldwork and office-based responsibilities with a focus on independent time management.
