Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Raipur. The role requires active engagement in day-to-day operations, including managing customer relationships, providing technical support, overseeing sales strategies, and coordinating with teams to ensure efficient delivery of products and services. Emphasis will be placed on delivering customized solutions and maintaining long-term client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Skills in customer relationship management and client engagement
• Technical proficiency in construction and mining equipment or engine power systems
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies and achieve targets
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Flexibility to work on-site at the Raipur location
• Experience in mechanical, industrial, or related engineering industries
• Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in engineering, business, or a related field
• Knowledge of rental and used equipment sales is a plus
