Role Description

This full-time, on-site Sales Engineer position is based in Bengaluru. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise during the pre-sales process, acting as a key liaison between the sales and technical teams. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer requirements, presenting technical solutions, delivering product demonstrations, assisting with the implementation process, and collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge and excellent communication skills to effectively support the sales process and build customer relationships.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to understand technical requirements and provide effective solutions.
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, present solutions, and address their needs.
  • Experience in Sales with the ability to support sales teams during pitches and close deals efficiently.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and maintain a customer-first attitude.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in SaaS tools or experience with billing platforms is a must.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer pain points.
