Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Engineer, based in Faridabad with the option for some remote work. The role involves addressing customer needs, providing technical solutions, and driving sales of robotic and automation integrations. Responsibilities include engaging with clients to identify opportunities, delivering technical support, managing sales cycles, and fostering long-term customer relationships to support business growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering, including identifying opportunities and crafting technical solutions
  • Strong skills in Sales and Customer Service to build client relationships and meet sales objectives
  • Exceptional Communication abilities to effectively convey technical details and value propositions
  • Experience in providing Technical Support for robotic and automated systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred
  • Knowledge of industrial automation and robotics technologies is highly desirable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time efficiently and effectively
