Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Engineer based in Nagpur with GS Caltex India's Channel Partner. The Sales Engineer will focus on driving sales growth by identifying potential customers, providing technical support for company products, and building strong relationships with clients. Core responsibilities include conducting product demonstrations, handling customer inquiries, and aiding customers in selecting the appropriate solutions. The candidate will work closely with the sales and technical teams to meet customer needs and achieve targets.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Engineering and a solid understanding of technical support in a relevant industry
  • Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their requirements effectively
  • Exceptional Communication skills, including verbal and written abilities, to build relationships and provide clear product explanations
  • Problem-solving aptitude and an ability to think critically in dynamic client-based situations
  • A degree in Engineering or a related technical field; experience in lubricant or automotive industries is an advantage
  • Proven experience in B2B sales or working with OEMs or industrial clients
