Role Description
We are hiring a full-time Sales Engineer for calibration services, based in Indore. This is an on-site role that involves engaging with clients across Pan India. The responsibilities include providing technical sales support, offering calibration service solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing actively the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales support. The Sales Engineer will also work closely with the technical and customer service teams to meet client requirements and achieve business growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to manage the entire sales lifecycle.
- Demonstrated knowledge in Technical Support and Calibration Service processes.
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Ability to work on-site and travel across Pan India as needed for client interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical fields is preferred.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or calibration industry is advantageous.
- Proficiency in technical tools and software relevant to the calibration and testing field.
