Role & responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory by driving primary and secondary sales.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase revenue and market penetration.
- Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and institutional clients.
- Drive business growth through both retail and B2B channels.
2. Channel Management :
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and retailers.
- Ensure effective product placement and visibility at point-of-sale.
- Monitor stock levels and manage inventory to ensure availability and timely replenishment. Handle dealer issues, claims, and resolve disputes efficiently.
- Manage the field sales representatives and work toward achieving the targets working in alignment with the dealers.
3. Market Expansion & Strategy:
- Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the region.
- Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities, pricing, and trends.
- Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns.
- Meet and build relations in the market with MEP consultants, Principal contractors, Architects & Structural consultants.
- Arrange and manage regular meets with consultants in the industry for knowledge sharing and networking to generate connections and new leads.
4. Team Collaboration & Reporting :
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Design team, pre-sales, supply chain, marketing, and finance, to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and business performance analysis.
- Train and mentor channel partners to drive better performance and productivity.
Preferred candidate profile:
Education:Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Production/equivalent or related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:5 to 10 years of proven sales experience modular supports industry, MEP project sales, Industrial projects industry.

- Strong network of dealers, distributors, and B2B customers in West India.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
