Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Surat for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, providing technical support, and delivering tailored product or service recommendations. Key responsibilities include collaborating with the sales team, understanding client needs, presenting suitable solutions, offering technical expertise, and addressing customer queries in a professional manner.

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and the ability to develop and present technical solutions
• Strong Technical Support and troubleshooting skills
• Exceptional Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Sales and the ability to achieve revenue targets
• A commitment to delivering excellent Customer Service experiences
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Ability to work effectively on-site and collaborate within a team
• Knowledge of financial services or related industries is a plus
