Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Engineer role based in Sonipat, West Uttar Pradesh. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and nurturing leads, providing technical expertise and support to customers, and successfully driving sales to meet organizational goals. They will act as a liaison between the organization and customers, deliver product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and address client inquiries to deliver exceptional service and achieve customer satisfaction. Building and maintaining strong client relationships and managing the sales process are key aspects of this position.

Qualifications

  • Strong proficiency in Sales Engineering and Sales to develop and execute strategies that meet revenue targets
  • Technical Support skills to provide effective assistance and solutions to customer challenges
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients, understand their needs, and ensure satisfaction
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred)
  • Prior experience in the energy management, IoT, or industrial solutions sector is advantageous
