Sales Engineer

We are hiring for Sales trainee and sales Engineer.

Location: Field-Based Assigned Region

Experience Required: 0-5 years in B2B field sales (electrical/industrial preferred)

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing 100 customer accounts (75 existing + 25 new), executing field visits, driving order and payment closure, CRM updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 35 customer visits/day.
• Submit quotations & convert leads to orders.
• Follow up for collections and dispatch approvals.
• Maintain 100% CRM compliance.
• Coordinate with Sales Coordinators & follow SOPs.

Qualification & Criteria:

• Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical preferred)
• Experience: 03 years in field-based B2B sales
• Skills:
• Strong communication & negotiation
• Territory knowledge
• CRM familiarity
• Target-driven and self-managed
• Other: Must have 2-wheeler & willingness to travel daily
