Sales Engineer

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Engineer role based in Faridabad. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, identifying customer requirements, recommending appropriate solutions, and promoting our motion control and solar products. The role involves handling client inquiries, preparing proposals, coordinating projects, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The Sales Engineer will also collaborate closely with the technical and sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.

• Strong expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales processes.
• Proficiency in providing Technical Support and addressing client requirements.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions in the fields of automation and solar power generation.
• Familiarity with technical products such as motors, drives, PLCs, sensors, or solar energy systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field, preferred.
• Experience in the automation or renewable energy industry is desirable.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
