Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories
• Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and client meetings
• Present company products and solutions to prospective customers
• Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions
• follow up on quotations, and close sales deals
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support
• Achieve annual sales targets
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions
Requirements:
• Graduate BE. B.Tech/ Suitable background
• Hands on experience in sales / business development (B2B preferred)
• Strong communication, convincing power
• Passionate for sales and BD
• Prior experience in pharma / manufacturing / industrial sales will be an advantage
