Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and technically sound Sales Engineer with 2+ years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and building strong relationships with project managers, consultants, and contractors to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business leads and identify potential clients in the assigned territory
- Conduct regular site visits to understand project requirements
- Meet and coordinate with Project Managers, Consultants, Contractors, and key decision-makers
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and project pipelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate internally with technical and operations teams for smooth project execution
Required Qualifications- B.Tech / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in the construction or manufacturing industry (mandatory)
- Strong understanding of technical sales and project-based selling
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits
Preferred Skills- Ability to generate and convert leads independently
- Strong networking ability with industry professionals
- Good knowledge of project management processes
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and result-focused
