JobDescription:
- New Business development: Generate new leads through various channels andidentify
prospects
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Understand customer requirements and articulate a suitable solution
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
- Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline,and forecasts
- Build andmaintainstrong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Collaboration withthetechnical team for technical discussions and demonstrations
Required Candidate Profile:
- Minimum of2-4years of experience in a sales management role, preferably within theCAE softwareindustry.
- Experience in B2B Sales
- Experience in a complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Clear understanding of thesoftwaremarket and its key players.
- Self-Motivated
- Proventrack recordof exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue goals.
- Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives
