Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer specializing in CAD PLM Software Sales, based in Chennai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for managing the sales process from initial engagement to post-sales support for CAD and PLM software solutions. Daily tasks include identifying customer requirements, providing technical presentations and demonstrations, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also involves collaborating with technical teams to address client concerns and ensure successful implementations of solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to engage with clients, identify their needs, and recommend suitable solutions
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to deliver effective technical presentations
• Proficiency in Customer Service, establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, preferably with exposure to CAD/PLM systems
• Knowledge of the manufacturing or engineering industry is an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
