Pahwa Group is looking for dynamic
Sales Engineers at various locations in India. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics Instrumentation/ Chemical), with 2-3 years of experience in Industrial capital equipment sales. The position would report to the Regional Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and grow business in the allocated territory
- Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors
- Conduct market mapping, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessment
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market intelligence
Required Experience
- Hands-on experience in industrial products or capital equipment sales
- Exposure to selling engineered solutions will be an added advantage
- Desired Behavioural Competencies
- High energy and result-oriented attitude
- Strong customer orientation and relationship management skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
- Excellent communication skills in English and local language
- Good negotiation and presentation skills
